Due to the ongoing tenancy, it is important to note that there will be no internal access available for viewings prior to the auction.

The house itself comprises two well-proportioned bedrooms, a single bathroom, and one reception room, offering comfortable living space.

While specific internal details are unavailable due to the lack of access, the long-term tenancy suggests a well-maintained property that has served its occupants effectively for over a decade.

Its semi-detached nature often provides a sense of privacy and more generous outdoor space compared to terraced properties.

Birkdale is renowned for its charming village atmosphere, excellent local amenities, and convenient transport links.

Residents benefit from a variety of independent shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as proximity to Birkdale train station, offering easy access to Liverpool and beyond.

The area is also home to several highly regarded schools and is close to the beautiful coastline, making it a desirable location for a wide range of residents.

This auction property represents a compelling proposition for investors seeking a ready-made income-generating asset in a prime location.

The absence of a chain further streamlines the purchasing process, making it an even more attractive prospect.
