Tucked within the historic Eagley Mills complex, this Grade II listed Victorian cotton mill, originally built in 1871, has been thoughtfully converted to create a unique collection of homes.

The setting is both tranquil and convenient, with open views towards the surrounding countryside and excellent access to local amenities.

Arrival & First Impressions From Eagley Way, the road leads gently into the picturesque Eagley Valley, crossing the bridge into the impressive mill complex.

The scale and architecture of the building immediately set the tone, with its red brick façade and industrial heritage carefully preserved.

Step inside the spacious communal entrance, where exposed brickwork and original features create a strong sense of character.

Stairs and lift access lead to the top floor, where this penthouse apartment enjoys both privacy and elevated views.

Living Space with Character Upon entering, a welcoming hallway provides practical storage, with a useful understairs cupboard for coats and everyday essentials.

A conveniently positioned cloakroom sits just off the entrance, comprising WC and wash hand basin. The main living space opens out ahead, where the character of the building is immediately evident.

High ceilings, original brickwork and transom-style windows create a sense of volume and heritage, while natural light enhances the overall atmosphere.

Soft carpeting defines the lounge area, stepping down to a herringbone-style Karndean floor within the kitchen and dining space, subtly zoning the room while maintaining an open, flowing layout.

A Contemporary Kitchen The kitchen is fitted with a range of traditional-style timber units, offering ample storage and a practical layout.

Dark work surfaces provide contrast, paired with a tiled splashback that adds subtle texture and continuity across the space.

An integrated oven with electric hob and extractor sits centrally within the run of cabinetry, while a stainless steel sink is positioned beneath the window.

The overall finish is functional and well maintained, providing a solid foundation for future personalisation if desired.

Open to the adjoining living and dining area, the kitchen flows naturally through to the rear, where glazed doors draw in natural light and offer access out to the balcony, enhancing the sense of space and connection to the outlook beyond.

Balcony & Views From the living area, doors open out onto a private balcony, offering a peaceful vantage point with open views towards the countryside and the Last Drop Village beyond.

Whether enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets, this elevated position provides a true sense of escape.
