Little Abshot Road, Abshot, Warsash, PO14 4LN

Situated in the idyllic semi-rural location of Abshot, a unique and exciting opportunity to acquire a holiday cottage which can be let twelve months of the year.

The cottage is tucked within the grounds of Abshot Country Club and has been designed to sit beautifully in the rural woodland environment.

A solid oak front door leads into the open plan Sitting/Dining/Kitchen and on entering the quality and high specification finishes are immediately apparent; the Sitting Room centres on a contemporary woodburning stove with bi-fold doors opening onto the terrace.

The kitchen has been fitted with shaker style cupboards, white ceramic sinks and a range of appliances are included.

The cottage has a generous double bedroom and a contemporary ensuite bathroom, beautifully appointed with a bath and a separate shower.

My client has owned the cottage for eight years and has taken great care to curate the cottages with stylish and unique furniture along with beautiful soft furnishings to offer their clients a luxurious and restful stay.

This going concern is exempt from business rates and has a proven track record of being popular and successful with figures available on request.

Guests have the further benefit of having access to the country club’s gym, exercise classes, swimming pool and outdoor tennis clubs whilst staying at the cottages.

Outside the cottage has a very attractive mediterranean style courtyard with sandstone pathways and olive trees.

There is also one allocated parking space for the cottage for guests; those who visit with more than one car have use of the country club’s car park.

There is a large storage room for the use of the owner. Local amenities are located in Titchfield and Locks Heath Shopping Centre for Waitrose.
