A large, well proportioned house in a small cul de sac offering scope for improvement/ enlargement. Lovely private west facing gardens. Huge master bedroom suite.

A very large, modern, detached family home offering particularly well-proportioned rooms within a quiet cul-de-sac environment.

Whilst in need of a certain amount of modernisation, this house has been extended quite considerably within its time and offers a large drawing room, along with a huge main bedroom suite that encompasses a generously sized bedroom area along with sitting/dressing room and an ensuite bathroom.

Over the years the properties within this particular cul-de-sac have been extended and improved and there are some large and glamorous homes that surround the property on all sides.

The house sits on the right hand side of the cul-de-sac offering a south and westerly rear aspect, to the front there is a generous garden that not only sets the house back from the road but also provides parking for numerous vehicles.

Whilst the house has been extended there is certainly potential to enlarge or redevelop further (subject to the necessary consents).

All of the bedrooms are double and in addition to the main bedroom the large 2nd bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom.
