Trevor Square, London, SW7 1EA

Perched on the firth floor of one of Knightsbridges most prestigious buildings, this elegant two-bedroom apartment offers bright, airy living and rare sense of seclusion, just a few steps from Harrods and Brompton Road.

The building forms part of the celebrated conversion of the former Harrods Depository, which once stored goods for the famous department store.

Completed in 2002, the redevelopment pairs a handsome 19th century red-brick facade with sleek contemporary interiros, and residents enjoy the reassurance of a 24-hour concierge.

A spacious entrance hall leads to a large reception and dinning room, where floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with light and open onto a private balcony overlooking the Knightsbridge rooftops.

Pale wood floors and crisp white walls give a calm, neutral feel, with air conditioning and automated blinds throughout.

The fully fitted kitchen is accessible from both the hallway and the reception room, making it ideal for entertaining and everyday living alike.

Integrated Miele and Hisense appliances sit alongside ample storage and worktop space.

Both bedrooms are well proportioned, with bespoke fitted wardrobes and soft wool carpets, and each has its own en-suite bathroom. A guest powder room off the hallway completes the accommodation.

Tucked quietly behind Brompton Road, Trevor Square sits opposite Harrods and within easy walking distance of Hyde Park.

The designer flagships of Sloane Street and the boutiques of Beauchamp Place are close by, as are local favourites such as Zuma, LPM and Sumosan Twiga.

With excellent transport links, Knightsbridge is as practical as it is prestigious.
