Practical touches include a utility room, cloakroom, and additional storage, helping keep day-to-day living organised. Upstairs, the Capstone offers five well-proportioned bedrooms.

The primary bedroom benefits from its own en-suite shower room, while bedroom two also enjoys a private en-suite, ideal for guests or older children.

Bedrooms three, four and five are versatile spaces suitable for children, guests, or a home office. A modern family bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms.

Packed with sustainable features such as an air source heat pump and EV charging point, the Capstone also includes a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, carpets, flooring, oak veneer doors, and a turfed garden — all included in the price, ready for you to move in from day one.
