Allgood Street, Shoreditch

A bright and beautifully finished two-bedroom apartment available for let, located on the fourth floor of this newly built extension above an existing residential building, situated just off the Hackney Road, E2.

One of only six units available for rent across the 4th and 5th storeys of this impeccably finished scheme, at the centre of this lovely home, is a well-proportioned open-plan kitchen, living and dining space that opens directly onto a private balcony via full-height glazing, flooding the room with plenty of natural light.

The kitchen has been tastefully fitted with handle-less soft-close cabinetry, integrated Bosch appliances, quartz worktops and a striking green glazed tile splashback.

Highly sought after Herringbone engineered oak flooring and zoned underfloor heating also flow throughout.

Both bedrooms are doubles and share a master bathroom finished with stone-effect tiling, brushed brass fittings, double vanity with fluted cabinetry, and bath with overhead rainfall shower.

This ideal home is also completed with soft-toned Venetian plaster walls, recessed lighting, double glazing and secure video entry system.

Lift access is available to all floors, whilst the property is offered unfurnished.

The location is hard to beat; Columbia Road Flower Market and Broadway Market are both a short walk away, with Brick Lane and Shoreditch also close at hand.

Some of East London's best-loved dining including Brat, Brawn, Rogues, Tiella Trattoria and Manteca, all within easy reach, alongside a strong run of bars and coffee shops.

The City is under 10-minutes commute, with Hoxton Overground and Bethnal Green stations offering fast connections across London.
