Collin Road, Bishop Auckland, County Durham, DL14 8FH

This property was recently completed by Gleeson homes and as such remains under both the 10 year builders warranty from NHBC and the Gleeson warranty.

The plot is an enviable one, given its location at the very back of the development and is surrounded by trees and nature.

It has no passing traffic so is very quiet and has a pleasant outlook over the drainage pond.

Whilst preparing for market a family of squirrels were seen playing in the trees (Pictured) and a variety of wild birds visited.

The accommodation comprises of an entrance hallway with the stairs rising to the first floor, a cloak room/wc, dual aspect living room with a large store cupboard located under the stairs and a pleasant outlook to both sides.

On the other side lies the kitchen diner with a selection of units for storage along with some integrated appliances such as a gas hob with extraction above and electric oven below, and space for free standing ones.

The room also features double doors that open into the generous garden that is laid to lawn. On the first floor there are three bedrooms - the master featuring an ensuite shower room/wc.

The house bathroom completes the internal layout. Outside, there is a block paved driveway which could provide off street parking for 3 cars in addition to the detached single garage.

Collin Road is situated in this great development which is yet to be completed but the site is proving popular with home owners taking advantage of the green surroundings however being very close to Bishop Auckland town centre and the retail park at Tindale.
