Main House, Gresham Court, Bideford, EX39 3PL

This spacious and attractive three-bedroom period property benefits from a prime location in a secluded and private residential area, conveniently situated just off Lenwood Road, within easy reach of Bideford and Northam town centres and wider transport links.

With both South and East-facing aspects the property enjoys plentiful natural light and an excellent outlook across the well-maintained gardens and croquet lawn.

Entering through the gated patio courtyard the property comprises of an entrance lobby into hallway, a large, high-ceilinged family room with extensive bay window, a well-equipped kitchen, downstairs cloakroom/W.C, and a further, equally large, sitting room which could just as well serve as a third bedroom.

On the first floor there is a separate family bathroom (with both a bath and walk-in shower cubicle), and two very generous double-bedrooms.

There is a further W.C on the half-landing between the ground floor and the first floor. Externally there is just as much on offer, with a gated private parking area directly outside the courtyard.

The patio area itself offers plentiful space for pottering, BBQing, or just relaxing in the morning sunshine.

An outside shower area also offers the perfect solution to returning from the local beaches.

There is also an adjacent hard surface tennis court, of which tenants would have use by arrangement with the landlords.

It is envisaged that this property will be available long-term, and will be let on an assured periodic tenancy. Gas central heating and double-glazing throughout. Some pets may not be allowed.

Preferred.
