Auction date passed
This lot went to auction on 7 October 2026 (20 days ago) but remains listed. It was still on the portal today. That usually means it didn’t sell — it may now be available by private treaty or head to a future auction. Worth confirming current availability with the agent.
We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.
