About
Modern One-Bedroom Apartment Within Walking Distance Of Bracknell Town Centre & Station Owners comments...
Having bought this flat five years ago as my first home, I couldn’t have been happier with my choice.
It has been a fantastic place to live and somewhere i’ve really enjoyed making my own over the years. One of the things i’ve appreciated most is the location.
Being just a 10-minute walk from Bracknell station makes getting into London incredibly easy, while The Lexicon is only five minutes away, offering a great choice of shops, restaurants and places to meet friends.
Having so much within easy walking distance has made everyday life incredibly convenient. What i’ve particularly enjoyed is the balance the area offers.
Alongside the convenience of the town centre and excellent transport links, having beautiful green spaces such as Swinley Forest and Lily Hill Park nearby has been a real bonus.
Whether it’s heading out for a walk, enjoying some fresh air or simply taking a break from the busyness of everyday life, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.
Over the past five years, this flat has been a wonderful first home and a place i’ve been genuinely happy living in.
It has offered the perfect combination of convenience, accessibility and access to nature, and i’ll look back on my time here with fond memories.
Now, as I move to a different county to begin a new chapter, it’s time to pass the flat on to its next owner. I hope they enjoy living here just as much as I have. Area comments...
Hurley Drive is tucked away in a great spot, just a short walk from Bracknell town centre, around 0.3 miles on foot! You've also have the Admiral Cunningham pub close by too.
If you're commuting, the M4 via the A329M is only around a 5-minute drive away, which is super handy.
Bracknell is also full of green spaces, parks and nature reserves to explore, such as Swinley Forest and Lily Hill Park.
For first-time buyers, it's a lovely balance of having everything you need close by while still having plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors, making it a great place to put down roots and start your next chapter!
Agents comments... Cala Homes always do a great build! If you're a first-time buyer looking to get onto the property ladder, this could be just the one for you.
I really like the open-plan living space, giving you plenty of room to relax and have friends over without feeling like you're on top of each other!
It's a great layout for a one-bedroom apartment, with that lovely modern feel throughout.
Being a high-quality, nearly new home means you can move straight in and make it your own, without having to worry about lots of work.
Add in the seriously convenient location, and you've got a great first home if you're looking for something modern, easy to maintain and somewhere to enjoy living! Property Information...
