We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
Park Farm Vineyard extends to approximately 81.64 acres, of which around 33.5 acres are currently under vine.
There is a substantial area of additional grassland offering clear scope for further planting or diversification opportunities.
The vineyard was planted in 2018 and is now in full production, producing fruit suitable for both still and sparkling wine production.
The vineyard comprises the classic Champagne trio’ of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
Grapes have been supplied to a well regarded wine producer, demonstrating the quality and commercial viability of the site.
The land benefits from predominantly south and south-west facing gentle slopes, with elevations ranging between approximately 40 and 50 metres above sea level.
The soil is slowly permeable, seasonally wet, slightly acidic but base-rich loamy and clayey soils.
