36, Main Street, Dumbleton, Gloucestershire, WR11 7TH

A pretty end-of-terrace Victorian cottage situated in the heart of Dumbleton and offered for sale with no onward chain.

36 Main Street requires renovation but offers an excellent opportunity for a purchaser to update and improve the accommodation and create a charming village home.

Pedestrian access is provided to the front of the property, crossing the neighbouring front gardens and leading to the front porch.

The front door opens directly into the sitting room, which features a character fireplace and useful understairs storage.

Beyond, the kitchen overlooks the rear garden and has a useful pantry/cold store adjoining. A rear lobby leads from the kitchen, with a shower room off and an external door opening onto the garden.

The staircase rises from the sitting room, behind a traditional cottage door, to the first floor.

Here, two double bedrooms are arranged either side of the landing, with a further staircase continuing to the second floor.

The third bedroom occupies the upper level and benefits from a dual aspect, providing an additional bedroom or flexible living space. OUTSIDE The property enjoys three separate areas of garden.

To the front is an open garden with lawn and established planting, whilst the rear garden is enclosed and currently laid to hardstanding.

To the side is a further enclosed garden, which would benefit from some attention and offers scope to create a particularly useful and attractive outside space.

The property also benefits from a separate garage en bloc, with an up-and-over door, as well as an outbuilding in the rear garden which is attached to the cottage.
