Flat 4605, 11 Silvercroft Street, Manchester

Manchester, from the 46th floor.

High above one of Manchester’s most exciting new neighbourhoods, this exceptional three bedroom apartment occupies the 46th floor of Three60, placing the city quite literally at your feet.

City-facing and wrapped in floor to ceiling glazing, this is an apartment where the view becomes part of the interior.

Manchester’s skyline stretches out beyond the glass, changing from the energy of the working day to the lights of the city after dark. But there is substance behind the view.

Beautifully finished interiors, an impressive open plan living space, three genuine bedrooms, extensive built in storage and a private parking space with its own EV charging point combine to create a home that works just as well as it looks.

Living Above The City The main living space has been designed around light, outlook and modern city life.

An open plan kitchen, dining and living area provides a natural focal point to the apartment, with the elevated 46th floor position creating a dramatic backdrop through the expansive glazing.

The kitchen itself is sleek and beautifully considered, combining contemporary cabinetry and work surfaces with an array of high quality fittings and integrated appliances, including a fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

There is plenty of room to entertain around the kitchen, settle into the living area or simply enjoy the view.

At this height, the city feels close enough to be exciting while the apartment itself feels impressively removed from the pace below.

It is sophisticated without being impractical and luxurious without trying too hard. Three Bedrooms. Properly Considered.

The principal bedroom offers a calm retreat from the city, complete with fitted wardrobes providing excellent storage and a beautifully appointed three piece en suite shower room.

Two further bedrooms provide flexibility for family, guests or home working, making this considerably more versatile than the typical city centre apartment.

A separate three piece bathroom serves the remainder of the accommodation, finished in keeping with the contemporary feel found throughout the property.

One of the apartment’s quieter strengths is its storage. Generous built in storage has been incorporated throughout the accommodation, helping keep the clean lines of the interior exactly that, clean.

For anyone considering apartment living as their main home rather than simply somewhere to stay during the week, that additional practicality makes a real difference.

Three60 Three60 has quickly become one of the most recognisable additions to Manchester’s skyline.

Its distinctive cylindrical form creates a completely different architectural presence within New Jackson, while the extensive use of glazing takes full advantage of the building’s elevated position and constantly changing city views.

Life here extends well beyond the front door.

Residents have access to an impressive collection of private amenities designed around health, work, relaxation and entertaining, including a state of the art gymnasium, dedicated spin and yoga studios, stylish residents’ lounges and co working spaces, together with private bookable areas for meetings and entertaining.

A 24 hour concierge and on site management team add another layer of convenience, while the Doorly residents’ platform provides access to a range of additional lifestyle services.

It creates the feeling of a private members’ environment within your own building, somewhere you can work, train, meet, entertain and unwind without having to step outside.

And when you do leave, Manchester is waiting. New Jackson. Deansgate. Manchester.

Three60 sits within New Jackson, an extraordinary new neighbourhood that has reshaped this part of Manchester and created one of the city’s most impressive residential addresses.

Deansgate, Castlefield and the wider city centre are moments away, putting some of Manchester’s best restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment within easy reach.

Head towards Spinningfields and St John’s for some of the city’s best dining and leisure destinations. Cross into Castlefield for canalside walks, independent bars and a completely different pace.

Continue along Deansgate and Manchester opens up around you. That is perhaps the appeal of living here. You are not simply close to Manchester. You are part of it.

The restaurants, the sport, the music, the nightlife, the culture and the continued investment that has transformed Manchester into one of the UK’s most exciting cities are all accessible from your front door.

Yet on the 46th floor, there remains a genuine feeling of separation from it all. City Living Without The Compromise Apartment living is often about compromise. The view but not the space.

The location but nowhere to park. The design but not enough storage. This apartment feels different. Three bedrooms provide genuine flexibility.

The extensive built-in storage makes everyday living easier. The amenities within Three60 expand the home far beyond the apartment itself.

And importantly, the property comes complete with its own parking space with an EV charging point, an increasingly valuable asset in the heart of Manchester.

It means you can enjoy the convenience and energy of city centre living without giving up the practicalities that make somewhere feel like a proper home.

A Different Perspective On Manchester There are plenty of apartments in Manchester. There are considerably fewer on the 46th floor.

From its dramatic city facing position to its beautifully considered interior, private EV parking and access to one of Manchester’s most comprehensive residential amenity offerings, this is a home that delivers both lifestyle and practicality in equal measure.

Morning coffee overlooking the skyline. A workout downstairs before work. Dinner in the city. Drinks with friends. Then home, 46 floors above Manchester.

This is city living from an entirely different perspective.
