We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
A charming detached cottage steeped in history, tucked away in the heart of Warninglid with no onward chain, parking for two cars and a beautiful countryside setting.
Tucked away in the heart of the Sussex countryside, in the picturesque village of Warninglid, lies a truly special home with a fascinating story to tell.
Offered for sale with no onward chain, this charming detached cottage presents a rare opportunity to enjoy village living in a home steeped in history.
Believed to have originally served as the orangery, and later the playhouse, for the grand Old Warninglid Grange estate, this detached cottage was thoughtfully converted into a home around 1976.
Surrounded by neighbouring homes such as The Clock House and Butlers Cottage, it still retains a wonderful sense of its historic surroundings and offers a unique piece of the village's heritage.
Inside, the property offers over 650 sq ft of well-balanced accommodation.
The impressive dual aspect lounge/dining room is the heart of the home, providing a wonderful space to relax or entertain, with French doors opening onto the garden, creating an effortless connection between inside and out.
The separate kitchen overlooks the attractive communal courtyard to the front and offers plenty of storage and worktop space.
There are two comfortable double bedrooms, both served by a spacious family bathroom.
Outside, the garden provides a peaceful retreat where you can enjoy everything from your morning coffee to summer evenings with family and friends, all surrounded by the tranquillity of the Sussex countryside.
Despite its idyllic setting, Warninglid remains well connected.
The property falls within the catchment area for the highly regarded Warden Park Secondary Academy, while Haywards Heath railway station is approximately six miles away, offering fast and regular services to London, Brighton and the south coast.
The A23 is also within easy reach, making commuting by road equally convenient.
Combining character, history and a beautiful rural setting, this is a home that offers a lifestyle every bit as special as the property itself.
Offered with no onward chain, it is ready for its next owners to begin the next chapter of its story. ** Some pictures have been digitally dressed to demonstrate a furnished home **
