The same time as the small adjacent rural Christ Church, the Old Vicarage is constructed of Gorsley Stone, which was locally quarried during the Victorian era, with attractive red brick detailing, under a pitched tiled roof.

Adjacent is the former Coach House of similar construction, which has subsequently been converted into an exceptionally well presented two bedroom home.

The main residence provides wonderfully generous accommodation.

Accessed via the fine enclosed porch, the original door complete with substantial lock and key, leads into the generous entrance hall with original tiled flooring.

The sitting room has an attractive fireplace with open fire, whilst the well proportioned dining room retains its original wooden parquet floor.

To the rear of the house is the well appointed kitchen, together with a further most useful reception room which has windows overlooking the gardens to the rear.

This is currently used as a study and hobbies room. To the first floor are four bedrooms, two with feature fireplaces, a family bathroom and separate shower room.

To the north of the house are a most attractive range of outhouses with original brick floors, currently used as store rooms.

Coach House Standing to the east of the main residence is the former Coach House. This has been converted to create an exceptionally well presented separate dwelling.

An Oak framed porch opens into the 15' well appointed kitchen/breakfast room with integrated appliances and painted brick feature wall, complete with original metal steps which gave access to the hay loft above!

Adjacent is the sitting room with double doors which open to the private rear courtyard garden, and wooden stairs which lead to the first floor and two bedrooms, the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, together with a family shower room.

Outbuildings To the rear of the Old Vicarage are four wonderful brick built outbuildings, complete with period brick flooring.

They currently comprise a coal store, wood store, and two further store rooms, one used as a potting shed/garden store.

Adjacent to the Coach House is a double garage of block construction, with up and over door, which has the benefit of power and lighting.

Stable Block To the north east of the house is the stable yard. Accessed via a wooden gate is the L shaped stable block comprising two stables approx. Dimensions 15' x 12' with a separate tack room.

At the far end is a hay barn approx. Dimensions 24' x 12' which has been used for storage, but could also be used as a further stable if required.

Infront of the stable block is a hard standing yard, all enclosed by wooden post and rail fencing.

Paddock Accessed either directly from the stable yard via a gate, or directly from the adjacent road is the approx. 2 acre gently sloping paddock, clearly defined by hedge and fenced boundaries.

Planted within the paddock is a mature Willow and several Silver Birch trees.

Gardens & Grounds Double gates open onto the driveway, which passes in front of the main residence, leading to a large tarmac manoeuvring/parking area to the side of the house.

The gardens extend to all sides, and comprise level lawns interspersed with a variety of mature trees and shrubs including Magnolia, Laurel, Forsythia and Silver Birch as well as a large number of spring bulbs.

There is also a small wildlife pond. Adjacent the garage is a fenced vegetable garden with an aluminium greenhouse, ideal for growing your own produce.
