2 Ebenezer Cottages, The Street, Uckfield, TN22 5NR

Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to purchase a mid terrace cottage in the centre of Framfield village which will benefit from renovation and even has potential to extend or convert the loft subject to necessary planning of course!

There is a quaint front garden allowing for the cottage to be set back from the road where first come first serve parking is available.

The entrance hallway leads into the open plan living dining room which has alcoves either side of the chimney breast, and a super handy, spacious storage cupboard.

The kitchen is just beyond and the family bathroom is accessed from the kitchen.

The first floor offers three good size bedrooms, with the master also benefitting from a spacious storage cupboard, and thanks to its elevated position, you can enjoy tranquil, countryside views from this room on clear days.

The rear garden is accessed via the side passage which is shared with next door, or from the kitchen, and currently offers a pond, storage room/workshop, areas for planting as well as a healthy lawn area and small patio.

The home is being sold with no onward chain and is the ideal purchase for someone looking for a project of their own to get creative with, and put their own stamp on.
