11a Rolleston Drive, Nottingham, NG7 1JR

Welcome to this legendary 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom palace, where every student can enjoy the luxury of not queueing for a shower (unless you just like the thrill).

Perfectly positioned for the University of Nottingham and Queens Medical Centre, this detached house is the answer to your group’s prayers, and possibly the beginning of a sitcom.

Each double bedroom is a sanctuary for sleep, study, or simply hiding from your housemates after you’ve finished the last of the milk.

At £160 per person per week (or £693.33 per person per calendar month, for those who like their maths), you’ll have plenty of change left for takeaways and late-night caffeine fixes.

The £250 deposit per person is less than you’ve probably spent on textbooks you never read. Bills aren’t included, but an inclusive package is available if you prefer your life admin simple.

With local shops and transport links just a stone’s throw away, you’ll never be far from snacks or a speedy escape to campus.

And if you refer a friend, there’s a scheme for that too (because good things should be shared). Quote office reference 11ARD and prepare for a student year that’s as comfortable as it is memorable.
