It is also good if you are an investor as it opens it up to be more spacious for tenants and also give a better return than some others locally.

Completing the accommodation is family bathroom which has a bath to soak away the day and a shower over to get you ready for it!

Outside there are pretty communal gardens to make the most of in the summer months and at the front allocated parking as well as visitor parking.

Living in Biggin Hill offers a blend of semi rural calm, aviation heritage, and practical day to day amenities.

It sits on the far southern edge of the London Borough of Bromley, right on the Kent/Surrey borders, giving it a distinct "village on a hill" feel rather than a typical London suburb.

The Landing hotel locally offers views of the airport for those that want to take advantage of the light aircraft and planes that go in and out daily.

It also sits close to Westerham with its antique shops, bustling town and eateries as well as Hotels and has a real character feel.

Oxted is also not far away and has been in the spotlight for some of the best selections and quality of food in the south East.

There is also a mainline train station for commuters there as well as going in the opposite direction Orpington, Bromley south and Hayes depending on your needs.

Sevenoaks is also close by with a larger selection of shops and transport links.
