10, The Vale, Chelsea, SW3 6AH

Beautifully designed house with rear garden on one of Chelsea’s most sought-after streets. Stepping into the house on the ground floor, the entrance hall leads into a front reception room.

This flows through to an open-plan kitchen with a central island and space for a dining area.

In addition, full-width glazing and bifolding French doors open directly onto the garden, while an overhead skylight floods this space with natural light.

The lower ground floor features a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a gym, a convenient utility room and separate street access.

The first floor is almost entirely occupied by an impressive reception room. High ceilings, wooden floors, a bay window and a double aspect make for a bright and generous space.

This floor also features a home office on the half landing. The second floor contains the principal bedroom suite, including bedroom, dressing room and a bathroom with both shower and bath.

The third floor contains three more bedrooms and two more bathrooms, one of them ensuite. The fourth floor offers a versatile attic space with an additional bathroom.

It is currently used as an office, but also provides storage space. The house has been redesigned in a sophisticated minimalist style that emphasises the sense of light and space throughout.

Polished concrete flooring and bespoke joinery add to the coherence and calm, while the contemporary staircase has been carefully positioned to maximise the space on each level.

The property has a rear garden with a lawn. It also includes a rear terrace with wooden decking, leafy views and enough space for outdoor eating.

The Vale is a beautiful, tree-lined street leading from the King’s Road to Elm Park Road.

This popular address is lined with a mix of Victorian, Arts and Crafts, and neo-Georgian terrace houses, evoking Chelsea’s rich history.

The street is perfectly positioned for the many restaurants and shops of Chelsea and Fulham. Furthermore, the open spaces of Battersea Park are within walking distance.
