This lovely cottage positioned along Vicarage Lane in the heart of Bunbury village provides a very enticing proposition.

The home has undergone extensive works by the current owners since they purchased it 10 years ago.

This has been cleverly done to keep the character of the cottage whilst helping provide the needs and preferences of modern life.

Some of the notable improvements along with the renovations throughout were the creation of an en suite to the main bedroom and the single story extension to the rear creating a brilliant kitchen area and freeing up more of the original cottage for living space.

In addition to the excellent condition the home is now in, it also benefits from an excellent location being in the centre of the village, opposite the highly regarded Nags Head pub, and enjoying a short walk to the village amenities including the cooperative shop, popular Tillys café and local primary school.

The cottage comes to a total of 1,529 square feet of versatile and adaptable space that is currently set up for busy family life.

For full details please see the attached floorplan but in brief the reception space includes a living room with open fireplace, dining room, study area and a play room with adjoining cloakroom toilet.
