To the right is a comfortable sitting room, enjoying plenty of natural light through a large double-glazed window with glimpses of the surrounding countryside.

A solid fuel burner provides a cosy focal point, particularly during the colder months.

The spacious kitchen offers a range of work surfaces and storage cupboards, alongside an electric hob, oven, breakfast bar and space for additional appliances.

To the rear of the bungalow is the bathroom accommodation, currently arranged as a separate WC and wet room-style shower room.

Both bedrooms are generously sized doubles, with the principal bedroom benefiting from built-in wardrobes and an outlook across the neighbouring properties.

Outside is where the property really comes into its own. The extensive gardens offer a wonderful amount of space, currently incorporating lawned areas, vegetable plots, hardstanding and storage sheds.

There is considerable scope for further landscaping, additional outbuildings or potential extension, subject to obtaining the necessary planning permissions.

Further garden space extends alongside the bungalow, whilst the sloping front garden adds to the property's sense of privacy.

The property also benefits from a garage located en bloc, just a short walk away off Rectory Road, providing useful additional parking or storage.
