At the heart of the Lotus is an extraordinary open-plan kitchen, dining and living room, spanning an impressive 8.4m by 9.5m.

This is a space made for everything from relaxed weekend breakfasts to memorable celebrations, with room to cook, dine and unwind together.

A separate snug provides a more intimate retreat for quiet evenings or children’s play room, while the large utility room, lobby, cloakroom and integrated double garage ensure the practical side of family life is considered.

The flexible ground-floor fifth bedroom, complete with its own en-suite, is ideal for guests, older relatives or a private home office suite.

Upstairs, the principal bedroom offers a luxurious sanctuary, with a generous dressing room and a particularly impressive en-suite.

Three further double bedrooms each benefit from their own en-suite, delivering privacy and comfort for family and guests. Every element of the Lotus has been designed to feel luxurious.

The Shaker-style Masterclass kitchen is finished with Silestone quartz worktops, a Belfast sink, antique brass details and Siemens integrated appliances.

Engineered wood flooring, underfloor heating, tiled bathrooms, brushed-brass fittings and a feature bath further elevate the home’s finish.

Behind the timeless architecture is a home built for the future.

Solar panels, battery storage, an air-source heat pump, triple-glazed timber windows, super-insulation and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery work together to provide a warm, highly efficient living environment.

As an Octopus Zero Bills home, the Lotus is designed to offer zero home energy bills, subject to the applicable fair-use allowance, terms and exclusions.

With landscaped gardens, block-paved driveway, EV charging point and hard-wired Ethernet throughout, the Lotus offers a rare combination of architectural distinction, exceptional space and forward-thinking country living.
