We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
An intriguing opportunity to acquire two separate timber chalet-style cottages, set in an elevated position on the western slopes of La Vallée.
Enjoying their own private access directly from the road, these properties offer a rare chance for buyers seeking a project with potential.
The cottages require substantial modernising and refurbishment, making them ideal for those looking to create personalised homes or explore development potential (subject to any necessary consents).
Perfect for first-time buyers, renovators, or investors with vision, this is a unique prospect to transform characterful buildings into contemporary homes.
Hope's internal configuration includes 681 sq.ft while Charity has 651 sq.ft.
