Waterside Holiday Park, Dartmouth Road, Paignton, TQ4 6NS

Wake up to panoramic sea views across the English Riviera from this spectacular 40ft x 20ft abi Superior at Waterside Holiday Park.

Set on one of the park's standout plots, this brand-new two-bedroom retreat comes complete with wraparound decking, parking and 2026 & 2027 pitch fees included.

Imagine slow mornings with coffee overlooking the sea, days exploring the Devon coast and evenings unwinding on your own private decking as the sun goes down.

The 2026 abi Superior brings that lifestyle to life from an exceptional elevated position at Waterside Holiday Park in Paignton.

The expansive open-plan living area feels bright, sociable and beautifully considered, with freestanding sofas, feature blue accents and large windows drawing those coastal views straight into the room.

Sliding doors connect the living space with the decking beyond, making the outside feel like a natural extension of the home.

The kitchen has a premium residential feel with generous worktop space, extensive cabinetry and integrated appliances, while the adjoining freestanding dining area gives you a proper place to gather around the table, complete with the sea as your backdrop.

Abi Superior specifications elsewhere within the Park Holidays portfolio include a dishwasher, integrated washer/dryer, microwave and fully integrated kitchen.

Two generously proportioned bedrooms provide plenty of room for family and guests.

The main bedroom has a luxurious, grown-up feel with a king-size bed and excellent storage, while the second twin is equally well finished.

The Superior specification also benefits from an en-suite shower room plus a family bathroom with bath, giving it the practicality you would expect from a premium 20ft-wide holiday home.

Outside, full wraparound decking and skirting are included, along with assigned parking, a particularly valuable package on a plot where you will genuinely want to spend time outdoors.

And with 2026 & 2027 pitch fees included, you can settle into coastal ownership with two years of pitch fees already taken care of.
