We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
Sellers Comment... We first stumbled across this house while out walking one weekend and instantly fell in love with its position and character.
At the time it was already under offer, but fate intervened – it came back on the market a few weeks later and we wasted no time securing a viewing.
Within minutes of stepping inside we were blown away by the light, the sense of space, and the unusually generous garden for a new build. We knew straight away it had to be our home.
For the past 11 years, it has been the backdrop to countless family memories.
The open-plan living and entertaining spaces have been perfect for relaxing together or welcoming friends, and we love how the bifold doors link the lounge and conservatory, creating a bright, versatile space in all seasons.
The garden has been a joy – a playground for our children when younger, and now a haven for summer evenings with music, BBQs, and cold drinks on the sun-drenched patio.
A particular highlight has been the garden office we added in 2018, which has given us peaceful views of the garden throughout the day.
This home has given us so much happiness, and while it’s time for our next chapter, we know whoever moves in will enjoy it every bit as much.
Properties like this, combining modern comfort with space and light, don’t come along often. Will & Mike's Comment...
Built in 2014, this beautifully presented four-bedroom detached home sits in a highly sought-after, non-estate location, just a short stroll from the village high street and nearby woodland walks.
Inside, you’re welcomed by a spacious hallway, a generous cloakroom, and a stylish kitchen/breakfast room which has been re-fitted by the current sellers.
The living room, complete with a cosy log burner, flows through full-width bi-fold doors into the conservatory, a light-filled space overlooking the garden.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a modern ensuite, alongside three further double bedrooms and a contemporary family bathroom.
Outside, the south-facing garden stretches around 90ft, perfect for entertaining, family time, or simply enjoying the sunshine.
At the rear of the garden, the sellers have installed a versatile garden room, making an ideal home office, gym, or creative studio.
To the front, there’s driveway parking for several vehicles, leading to a single garage with light and power.
If you’re looking for a modern family home in a village setting that blends convenience with comfort, this could be the one for you. Area Comment...
