18 Leeson Road, Ventnor, PO38 1PX

This freehold detached cottage is situated at Bonchurch on the outskirts of Ventnor and is situated a short drive from the attractive Victorian town centre, with the beach and seafront beyond.

The current owners had previously begun a programme of upgrading and refurbishment on the building which has suffered from some structural movement.

These works were however stopped some years ago due to personal circumstances and the cottage has lain empty every since.

The property now requires completion of the upgrading and refurbishment works, beyond which it is considered that the cottage would be ideal for owner occupation or perhaps as a holiday home or weekend retreat, or potentially for commercial holiday letting.
