We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

The generous living room provides a warm and inviting focal point, featuring a stunning working open fireplace, creating an impressive setting for relaxing and entertaining.
The modern kitchen is both stylish and practical, with a range of integrated appliances and ample space for a dining table and chairs.
A recently refurbished ground floor bathroom adds a contemporary touch, complete with underfloor heating. On the first floor are two particularly spacious double bedrooms.
The principal bedroom is a lovely retreat, benefiting from wonderful, elevated views across Newick Village Green and featuring an attractive cast iron fireplace, adding further to the room's character and charm.
A further double bedroom occupies the second floor, again enjoying delightful views over the village green.

Outside Outside, the property continues to impress.
A large rear terrace and decked area provide a variety of seating options, making this an ideal space for outdoor dining, entertaining or simply enjoying the garden.
The private rear garden offers a pleasant degree of seclusion, while a useful brick-built outbuilding with power and lighting provides exciting potential for use as a utility room, home gym or additional storage.
To the rear of the property is allocated parking for two vehicles, a particularly valuable feature given the property's central village location.
