Pretoria Road, Halstead, CO9 2EG

SUMMARY The market town of Halstead offers schooling for all ages, leisure facilities, various High Street shops, boutiques, numerous restaurants and public houses.

For the commuter there is a mainline station located at the larger town of Braintree which is approximately 7 miles away.

DESCRIPTION An opportunity to purchase this spacious 2/3 bedroom detached bungalow, nestled down the end of a private lane off Pretoria Road.

The property requires some mild modernisation and is being sold with no onward chain and vacant possession.

If of interest to a prospective purchaser, the bungalow has approved planning permission to extend to chalet style 2 storey property creating additional bedrooms and bathroom.

The property is enclosed by gardens on all boundaries, it offers ample parking which could easily accommodate a large caravan or motor home, this area of land is directly next to a large garage/outbuilding, which we believe subject to usual planning permissions could be turned in to an annex.
