A striking central atrium creates a stunning first impression, flooding the home with natural light and enhancing the sense of space throughout.

Generous living areas, modern finishes and a seamless connection to the garden make this a home perfectly suited to both everyday living and entertaining.

Combining contemporary design with a peaceful village setting, this is a truly special home.

Step inside: You are welcomed into the home via a striking central atrium, an architectural centrepiece that immediately sets the tone for the property.

Flooded with natural light from above, this impressive space creates a wonderful sense of volume and openness, while seamlessly connecting the main living areas.

The heart of the home is the beautifully designed kitchen-diner, offering both style and practicality in equal measure.

With ample worktop space, modern fittings and room for a large dining table, it is perfectly suited to both everyday family life and entertaining.

Doors lead directly out to the garden, enhancing the indoor-outdoor flow, while a separate utility area provides additional storage and convenience, with its own external access.

Leading off the atrium, the living room offers a warm and inviting room, ideal for relaxing evenings.

Well-proportioned and thoughtfully arranged, it provides a comfortable yet elegant space to unwind.

Also on the ground floor is a dedicated study, perfectly suited for home working or as a quiet reading room, along with a generously sized W.C. That adds to the practicality of the layout.

The first floor continues to impress, with a spacious landing overlooking the atrium below, maintaining the home’s light and airy feel.

The principal bedroom is a standout feature, boasting high ceilings that enhance the sense of space, along with a well-appointed en-suite bathroom featuring a free standing roll top bath.

The second bedroom also benefits from its own en-suite, making it an ideal guest suite or private space for family members.

Two further double bedrooms offer flexibility for growing families, guest accommodation or additional workspace, all served by a modern and well-sized family bathroom.

Each room has been designed to maximise light and comfort, creating a cohesive and inviting feel throughout the home. The property benefits from a Tesla Powerwall battery, ashp & ufh.

The home offers a unique low carbon and low running cost opportunity.

The Tesla battery stores energy from the sun or cheap overnight electricity allowing the home to run off the battery when energy costs are high with the added benefit of powering the home during power cuts.

Step outside: The garden offers a fantastic outdoor space designed for both relaxation and entertaining.

A patio area directly off the kitchen is perfect for al fresco dining, while the large lawn provides plenty of space for enjoying the outdoors.

A versatile home gym adds further appeal and could easily serve as a separate home office.

The property also benefits from a sizeable garage and ample driveway, fit for up to four vehicles, completing this well-rounded outdoor offering.

Sellers Insight: “10 Players Close has been our home for the past eight years, and what first drew us in was the setting, a beautiful area that offered the rare opportunity to build our own home.

It truly is the best of both worlds: Peaceful countryside living, yet perfectly connected.

We’ve loved being so close to the rivers, heading out for walks and even picking wild garlic along the way.” “Since living here, we’ve created a home centred around a stunning atrium, which has become its defining feature.

It fills the house with natural light and brings a real sense of calm. Designed as an eco-home, it’s wonderfully efficient.

The willow tree in the front garden is something we’ve always loved as it gives the house such character, and the separate outdoor structure, which we use as a gym, has been an incredibly versatile and valuable addition.” “One of the most special touches for us is the kitchen worktops, which we handpicked ourselves.

The marble comes from the very quarry featured in the film - Quantum of Solace, making it feel even more unique.” “Our favourite space has to be the kitchen and breakfast room.

With sliding doors opening out onto the garden, it feels connected to the outdoors. The garden itself is private, filled with birdsong and very little else - it’s incredibly peaceful.

We’ve loved growing our own vegetables and being able to pick something fresh and have it on the table within half an hour, often alongside a barbecue in the sunshine.

Being south-facing, it’s a real sun trap, and we’ve spent many afternoons simply relaxing on bean bags, soaking it all in.” “The community here is lovely, with around 12 houses in the street, it’s a close-knit and friendly place where neighbours look out for one another.

The White Horse pub is just a short walk away, with its lovely riverside beer garden and fantastic food, it’s a proper country pub with a great atmosphere.

On the walk home, there’s a little bridge where we’ve often stopped to play Pooh sticks, simple moments like that have meant so much.

Nearby, there are beautiful walks, perfect for feeding the ducks or finding a quiet picnic spot.

It’s an area that’s ideal for anyone who loves the outdoors.” “What we’ll miss most is the love and thought we’ve poured into every detail of this home.

It’s been carefully designed, deeply enjoyed, and has given us so many special memories.

It’s a stylish, unique home that has truly been good to us and is set in an idyllic yet convenient location.” Situated on the edge of Hambrook, this charming village provides an ideal balance of countryside tranquillity and city convenience.
