The separate utility room is accessed from the kitchen, and has a door to the outside, useful on laundry days.

From the entrance hallway, attractive double doors lead into the formal living room , which has a dual aspect including a second set of French doors to the rear garden, and a bay window to draw light into the room.

Across the hallway is the corner study , a highly-desirable feature for buyers frequently working from home and requiring a tranquil office space.

Upstairs are all four bedrooms, three of which are double in size.

Bedroom 1 occupies an entire wing of the home, affording peace and privacy, and incorporates a dressing area and en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle and bathtub.
