has a turning staircase to the lower floor where the two double bedrooms, principle with en-suite, and bathroom with shower are to be found, the principle bedroom opens to a walled patio area that faces east with views across the River Severn Valley and would be a delightful spot to take a morning coffee in the sunshine.

The entrance hall opens to the open plan living, kitchen and dining area that takes full advantage of its slightly elevated position to provide stunning views across the River Severn Valley to the local cliff outcrop beauty spots of High Rock and The Hermitage, there are double opening doors to separate the dining room which could be utilised as a third bedroom, at the front of the property, from the open plan kitchen and living space.

The kitchen is fitted with a matching range of wall and floor mounted painted kitchen cabinetry with coordinated tiled splashbacks and appliances that include a range cooker with extractor hood over, dishwasher and integrated fridge freezer, plumbing for an automatic washing machine is located in the store of the bedroom lobby.

Outside the front door a full width west facing paved patio area is a delightful place to take the afternoon sun.

The sloping garden beyond has a flight of steps that lead up to a decked sitting out area providing extraordinary views across the River Severn Valley, the steps and path also provide access to the car parking area, separated from the garden by a picket fence and pedestrian gate.

Plum Cottage has been our clients holiday home and is therefore lightly used, the bright, neutrally decorated property is offered chain free for a peace of mind purchase and is likely to appeal to a wide variety of potential purchasers given its secluded, private yet convenient location.

The car parking space will be seen as a great advantage in a town where it is at a premium and given the properties private position could once again be a "lock up and leave" holiday home.
