A fully modernised detached family home with four double bedrooms, situated in a popular cul-de-sac in Thorpe with a West-facing garden and backing onto fields.

The house has been thoughtfully and fully refurbished throughout, nothing has been left un-thought of including the full heating system, addition of the en-suite shower room, garden landscaping, driveway, kitchen and bathrooms as well as full redecoration.

The property is nestled on the edge of Thorpe village between Egham, Staines, Chertsey and Virginia Water.

The covered porchway leads through the front door to a wide and spacious entrance hall leading to a large open-plan kitchen/dining/living room which wraps around the house and looks out over the gorgeous and private rear garden.

The kitchen is extremely well finished as is the whole property. The current owners have also added a beautiful front-aspect living room with vaulted ceiling and a large utility/storage room.

Upstairs the landing leads to four good-sized double bedrooms, the principal bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a gorgeous four-piece family bathroom to service the other bedrooms.

To the front of the house there is a large driveway spacious enough for four or five cars.

To the rear there is a low maintenance garden facing west, giving fantastic afternoon and evening sun, with a very big patio space, perfect for entertaining and a lawn.

There is a study/summer house at the end of the garden, with electricity and access to internet, perfect for a home office.

The property has double-glazing throughout, is flooded with natural light and a welcoming family home. Viewings highly recommended.
