The dwellings are all traditional construction, built from random natural stone, with solar roof panels, bespoke interior customer options, first class fixtures and fittings, choice of quality floor coverings, fully tiled bathrooms and en-suites, gas central heating and pvc double glazed windows – Agate Grey externally and white internally.

This one is set on a generously sized corner plot with surrounding gardens and a stone built, attached double garage, with internal access from the house.

This fabulous family home comprises an entrance hall, which has an open staircase to the first floor, a ground floor w.c., a spacious lounge and a snug/playroom/office.

The truly stunning, unusually large, open plan living and dining kitchen will be fitted with an excellent range of high quality units, Quartz type worktops and built-in NEFF appliances, namely an electric double oven, 4 ring electric induction hob, with an extractor over, a full height fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

A truly exceptional attribute of this extremely impressive abode, this fantastic family living space will also have bi-folding doors, leading out to the rear patio and enclosed garden and benefiting from views over the surrounding countryside.

A useful utility room will have a worktop and sink, with a base unit below, plumbing for a washing machine, space for a condenser dryer and there is a door giving internal access into the garage.

The first floor boasts a spacious landing and 4 generous double bedrooms, with the primary bedroom having an adjoining dressing area and fully tiled en-suite shower room, fitted with a contemporary 3-piece suite, including a larger than standard shower unit with a thermostatically controlled, fixed, overhead shower head and an additional, flexible shower head.

The stylish family bathroom will be fitted with a 4- piece white suite, comprising a bath, a separate shower unit, with a thermostatically controlled shower, a w.c.

and a wash hand basin, set in a wall mounted vanity unit.

Externally, the gardens will be turfed with natural Indian stone pathways and a decent sized Indian stone flagged patio directly behind the house, with surrounding dry stone boundary walls and timber fencing.

A double width, block paved drive in front of the double garage provides off road parking for two cars and the garage itself has a sectional, insulated, remote controlled electric door, electric power and light and an electric car charging point.
