Description We are delighted to be working in partnership with Medway Development Company as part of the exciting regeneration of Chatham and the wider Medway area.

At the heart of the transformation is The New Tide, a collection of contemporary apartments created from the former Mountbatten House.

This landmark building has been thoughtfully reimagined into a vibrant residential development, combining modern design with sustainable redevelopment to create exceptional new homes in one of Kent's fastest-evolving locations.

The Home Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed into a spacious entrance hall which immediately sets the tone for this well-designed home.

A practical utility cupboard, housing the washer dryer, provides valuable additional storage and helps keep the living areas organised and clutter-free.

The heart of the apartment is the impressive open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, designed to maximise both space and natural light, this versatile room offers the perfect environment for relaxing, entertaining and everyday living.

The contemporary fitted kitchen is finished to a high specification and comes complete with a range of integrated appliances, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, four-zone induction hob and extractor hood, providing everything needed for modern convenience.

The generous living and dining space benefits from direct access to a private balcony, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Whether enjoying a morning coffee, dining al fresco or simply unwinding after a busy day, the balcony offers a welcome outdoor retreat and enhances the sense of space throughout the apartment.

The double bedroom is thoughtfully positioned away from the main living accommodation, creating a peaceful and private sanctuary.
