Leopold Road, Wimbledon, SW19 7JF

This is a classic ‘Waites’ style mid-century town house situated in a popular road. Offering clever well-balanced accommodation and awash with natural light the house is ideal for the growing family.

Although generally well-presented this is an ideal starting point for a fabulous ‘ Grand design’ benefitting from great proportions, fabulous light and mid century 1970’s cool.

Just add imagination and fairy dust and an exemplary family home awaits.

In its present configuration the accommodation comprises three/four bedrooms, a family bathroom, a generous family room and a good size kitchen.

There is also an adjoining garage which could be integrated into the house or created as a separate study/laundry room. A flexible house in a good location – all that’s missing is you.

Situated in Leopold Road within 100m of Bishop Gilpin School it is well located for Wimbledon Village, Wimbledon Common, Wimbledon Park and Wimbledon town centre with its tube link and mainline rail services to Waterloo.

In addition to its District Line station, Wimbledon Park also has a selection of useful shops, while Wimbledon Village offers a range of exclusive boutiques, restaurants and bars.
