about this property The property offers around 1,000 sq. Ft of accommodation, not including the garage, and sits on a plot that wraps around the bungalow with gardens to the front, side and rear.

There is also a large detached double garage and driveway parking for three cars.

The Propfix Team at Campbells have worked hard to help bring the property to market, including clearing the home, making it secure, carrying out some maintenance jobs and cutting back the gardens so that buyers can now see the property properly.

The bathroom is functional but clearly ready for modernisation. It currently has a bath with shower screen, WC and wash basin.

The living space is where you start to see how flexible the bungalow could become. There is a large lounge with an exposed brick chimney breast, giving the room a natural focal point.

It is an impressive size and, with the right attention, could become a really comfortable main living space.

There are two further reception areas, giving you options for a dining room, sitting room, study or family space depending on how you want to use the home.

One of these rooms has doors leading into the conservatory, which sits to the rear of the property and looks out across the garden.

In our opinion, the conservatory will need to be removed, which will give you a great opportunity to repurpose this space.

The kitchen is a good size, with plenty of units, worktop space, an integrated oven and hob, and views over the garden.

Like the rest of the property, it will require updating, but the room itself is a sensible shape and gives a future owner plenty to work with.

The oil fired heating and hot water system is only a few years old. Outside, the plot itself, is generous.

When you visit, we can show you what the gardens did look like, when John, the owner used to look after them.

There is established boundary hedging, paved areas, a former pergola area, an old pond area but plenty of room to re-think the outside space completely. The detached double garage is a real asset.

It gives excellent storage, workshop potential or secure parking, while the driveway provides parking for three cars. You might consider extending the size of the property - extending another floor?

A lapsed planning application is available to view - now there is an opportunity.

Little Preston is a small Northamptonshire hamlet surrounded by beautiful countryside - the area itself is worth exploring, you won't be disappointed.

It is the sort of setting that will appeal to someone who wants village or hamlet life, surrounded by countryside, a quieter pace, without feeling completely cut off.

We have met a lot of the neighbours during the preparation of the property, and they have been lovely.

So there you have it - if you are genuinely interested then feel free to get in touch with our property team.
