Oakmoor, 24, Esher Park Avenue, Surrey, KT10 9NX

Recently refurbished executive home in a central and most sought after Esher location, offering carriage driveway, outdoor pool and tennis court.

Description Extending to almost 5,000 sq ft, this impressive six bedroom detached family home has been the subject of a significant and thoughtful renovation in recent years, resulting in a beautifully balanced property with exceptional flow and generous proportions throughout.

On entering, a wide tiled hallway creates an immediate sense of space and leads through double doors to the rear, where a superb double aspect drawing room awaits.

Flooded with natural light from two large windows and bi-folding doors opening to the garden, this elegant room has a fireplace which serves as the focal point for the room and smart wood effect flooring.

A second set of double doors connects the drawing room to the family room, which in turn opens into the vast conservatory, creating a wonderful sequence of interlinked living spaces ideal for both everyday family life and entertaining.

Further double doors lead into the dining room, which is open plan to the kitchen/breakfast room, allowing the entire ground floor to flow seamlessly.

The contemporary cherry wood kitchen is a standout feature, offering an extensive range of units on three sides, a stylish island with breakfast bar seating, excellent storage and a selection of integrated Neff appliances.

The adjoining dining area easily accommodates a large table and includes a relaxed seating space with views over the garden.

The conservatory, with two sets of double doors to the outside, adds yet another bright and versatile living area. There is tiled flooring throughout this area.

Practicality has also been carefully considered.

The utility room, accessed from the kitchen, provides abundant fitted storage, external doors to both the front and rear, and internal access to the integrated double garage.

A front aspect study, guest WC and well placed coat cupboard complete the ground floor. Upstairs, the first floor offers six bedrooms, three of which are en suite.

The principal suite is particularly impressive, positioned at the far end of the landing and approached via several steps to create a sense of privacy.

This generous room includes fitted wardrobes, a large en suite bathroom with twin sinks, bath and separate shower, and a private balcony overlooking the rear garden.

Bedrooms two and three also benefit from their own en suite facilities, while the remaining three bedrooms share a family bathroom and separate WC. All bedrooms feature fitted wardrobes.

Outside, the property continues to impress standing in 0.97 acres.

To the rear, the expansive garden provides a superb setting for outdoor living, featuring a fenced outdoor swimming pool, vast terrace and substantial lawn.

Steps at the far end of the lawn lead to a full sized tennis court. An outbuilding houses a games room, sauna and store.

The large gravel carriage driveway is beautifully planted, offering complete seclusion from the road and generous off-street parking space in addition to the double garage.
