The kitchen itself is impeccably appointed with sleek cabinetry, granite work surfaces and a full complement of integrated appliances.

Complementing this contemporary hub is a substantial dual-aspect sitting room of equal scale, rich in character and warmth.

Oak flooring, deep-set walls and two striking fireplaces-each housing a wood-burning stove-combine to create a space that is both grand and welcoming.

Bi-fold doors allow for a fluid transition between the principal reception areas, enhancing the versatility of the ground floor layout.

The first floor offers five beautifully presented bedrooms, two of which benefit from en suite facilities, alongside a luxurious family bathroom featuring a distinctive freestanding copper bath and separate walk-in shower.

The principal suite is particularly impressive, enjoying elevated views across the gardens and valley beyond.

Set within the grounds, a charming stone-built outbuilding-known as ‘The Piggery’-provides a superb ancillary space, currently arranged as a studio.

With its vaulted ceiling, heating, power and natural light, it presents exciting potential for a variety of uses, including a home office, creative studio or guest accommodation, subject to the necessary consents.

An adjoining utility room further enhances its practicality.

The property is approached via gated access leading to a generous gravel driveway, providing ample parking and access to a double garage with electric door.

Additional outbuildings offer further storage or workshop potential.

Extending to approximately four acres, the grounds are a particular feature, gently rising behind the house and offering a delightful blend of landscaped seating areas, open pasture and pockets of young woodland.

Thoughtfully arranged terraces provide ideal settings for al fresco dining and relaxation, while the land itself offers scope for smallholding pursuits or simply enjoying the surrounding natural beauty.
