Unit 47 The Wharf Collection, Battersea, SW11 3UE

The wharf collection A boutique collection of luxurious one, two and three bedroom apartments and six stylish townhouses that reside on the banks of the river.

Plantation Wharf was one of the first riverside redevelopments back in 1990.

Built sympathetically in a wharf-style architectural vernacular it was originally envisaged as a mixed use residential/commercial development.

Over the years it has become a residential led scheme and Vision Develop's acquisition of the seven commercial blocks and change of use to residential has transformed the development into one of South West London's premier riverside locations.

Totally private with no social housing.

As well as being elegantly interior designed throughout, The Wharf Collection offers an array of amenities and services that ensure the kind of luxurious lifestyle its prime Thames-side location warrants.

For your security and convenience the development enjoys both a concierge service and 24-hour on-site security.

So you’ll benefit from a watchful set of eyes when you’re out and, just as importantly, someone to sign for your parcels or provide a key holding service.

The development also boasts an extensive secure underground car park with cycle storage facilities.

While car parking spaces are available by separate negotiation, bicycle storage is free of charge - enabling you to enjoy all the Thames Path has to offer even more conveniently.

With two overground stations under 10 minutes’ walk away and a River Bus pier directly outside, all of Central London is on your doorstep.

In days gone by, it was the Lightermen who ferried Londoners to their destinations along The Thames.

Today the River Bus has filled this role and with the new St Mary's Wandsworth Pier (formerly Plantation Wharf Pier) directly outside the development, enjoying a distinctly more relaxing commute couldn’t be more convenient.

You also enjoy easy access to Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Town overground stations (c.

0.6 miles and 9 minutes’ walk away), which afford quick services into Waterloo and Victoria stations – the perfect transport hubs from which to reach the rest of the capital.

What’s more, for added convenience, Waterloo station puts you on top of the South Bank and just a short stroll from Covent Garden.

Additionally, with a wealth of secure underground car parking and cycle storage available at Ivory & Calico Riverside, the development’s proximity to the A3 and M4, and the Wandsworth to Westminster Cycle Superhighway, is another great attribute
