26, Cardigan Way, Liverpool, L6 5JY

Summary This 2-bedroom semi-detached home has been a successful rental property for the last 20 years. Please note that the current tenant is not permitting access for viewings.

As a result, the property is being marketed without internal photographs or viewings at this time. Buyers should take this into consideration when making an offer.

Due to a change in the owner's circumstances and their intention to no longer be a Landlord in the UK, they are highly motivated to sell.

The house has gas central heating and double glazing throughout and is located approximately just 1 mile from Liverpool City Centre. It also has gardens with the rear garden being a very good size.
