Willens Cottage, Bridport, DT6 6JW

Handsome three bedroom detached property adjoining open farmland.

The Property Willens Cottage is believed to have been built around the year 2000 and has warm honey coloured stone elevations under a slate roof.

The property has all the advantages one would expect of a contemporary house, with low maintenance and heating costs, while at the same time having the appearance and character of a much older house altogether.

In addition, the property sits in the middle of the village of Chideock, within walking distance of the beach, two public houses and a shop.

Accommodation The accommodation is conventionally laid out with the principal living areas lying to the south and rear of the property, with doors from both sitting and dining rooms leading onto the garden behind.

The sitting room has a fireplace as its focal point and an attractive ceramic tile floor.

To the front of the house there is a fully fitted kitchen within an integral electric oven and gas hob, and on the other side of the hall there is a useful cloakroom that doubles as a utility room.

Upstairs there are three good bedrooms served by a family bathroom, while in addition there is a useful boarded attic with a fitted loft ladder.

The property has gas fired central heating and double glazing. Outside To the side of the property there are two dedicated parking spaces for the exclusive use of Willens Cottage.

The gardens to the rear are organised for ease of maintenance and make a good outside entertaining area during the summer months and are for the most part laid to paving.

There are three storage sheds. One to the front of the house, a second running the length of the house along the right hand side and the third within the garden itself.
