At the heart of the property is an impressive open-plan living space, incorporating a contemporary kitchen with central island, a dining area and a family room with wood-burning stove.

Designed for modern family living and entertaining, this bright and sociable space enjoys generous proportions and direct access to the surrounding terrace and gardens.

Additional reception accommodation includes a separate living room and a dedicated home office, ideal for those working remotely.

An impressive utility/boot room with direct access to the front and rear of the property, fitted storage and Belfast sink, and a useful downstairs WC add further practicality.

A large double ground floor bedroom with en suite shower room provides an opportunity for multigenerational living or as guest accommodation; alternatively this area could be utilised as a home gym, games room or downstairs bedroom.

On the first floor, the property offers four further bedrooms.

The principal bedroom suite benefits from a dressing area with fitted wardrobes and window seat and impressive en suite bathroom with separate shower and double sinks.

The remaining three bedrooms are served by a family shower room. The layout provides well-balanced accommodation suited to both family life and visiting guests.

The gardens are a real feature of the property and have been thoughtfully arranged with a range of mature plants, shrubs and trees.

There is a stone wall providing a degree of separation and privacy between the front and rear aspects of the property.
