Reculver Walk Senacre, Maidstone, ME15 8QP

Are you looking for your next investment? This chain free, end of terrace house is split across 3 levels, providing plenty of living accommodation to enjoy.

Our seller had previously utilised the space as a live-in house share and has conveniently placed shower facilities into 2 of the largest bedrooms to accommodate multiple occupants.

Although not currently set up as a HMO, the home provides a great opportunity to do so, subject to obtaining the necessary consents from the local authority.

Alternatively, this would easily suit a family looking for flexible accommodation and plenty of parking on offer too.

There is also a manageable rear garden, complete with outbuilding, which would be ideal for entertaining and providing space to accommodate larger furniture, or tools.

The buyer is required to sign a reservation agreement and make payment of a non-refundable Reservation Fee, this being 4.5% of the purchase price including VAT, subject to a minimum of £6,600.00 including VAT.

Buyers will be required to go through an identification verification process with iamsold and provide proof of how the purchase would be funded.

This property has a Buyer Information Pack which is a collection of documents in relation to the property.

The documents may not tell you everything you need to know about the property, so you are required to complete your own due diligence before bidding.
