It's not often that I am invited out to write about a two bedroom Cottage and my first word is 'Wow' as I step inside, but that's what happened here.....don't believe me, then check the photos out, as they say the camera never lies.....unlike estate agents!!!

Originally part of the Crown Inn, this beautiful end mews cottage has been transformed into something that I'm sure the locals could never have envisaged it would become.

As we pull up outside the front, there's' a beautifully tiled front garden area, bordered by a low level wall with iron railings.

A large open brick porch stands proud offering a fabulous space for wet shoes and coats, as we enter the home. The porch, as we step inside, is open and thus forms part of the generous hallway.

Some large polished tiles welcome us in, not only with looks but also with a secret, that they are heated beneath.

Now a thing of the past, socks or slippers for your feet in the morning when you step on cold tiles, the heated floor will keep your feet nice and toasty, no matter how cold it is!

White walls and a forward facing window allow ample natural light to flood inside. Solid oak doors set the tone and provide a large element of class throughout the home.

A lovely hand crafted turned staircase leads to the first floor, and the first door that we come to opens into the cloakroom.

Fitted with the latest kit, there's a vanity wash and basin, a handy WC, with the heated floor from the hall continuing into here, and part tiled walls allowing for easy cleaning.

Next, we enter the hub of the home, a large open plan living room, dining room, office, family room and kitchen.....everything rolled into one but still remaining separate.

As you walk in, the present owners have a dining table and chairs that fits comfortably, easily allowing six people to be entertained, with room still available for more.

So, if having friends or family around to play games and socialise is important, then this home offers you a perfect space to do this.

A rectangular window is hidden high up on the wall, allowing this area to stay well lit.

The lounge area flows on from here, with the large polished heated tile flooring leading you to a set of patio doors at the rear, opening to the courtyard garden.

There's a large space on the wall just waiting for a monster TV to be fixed to it, movie nights will never be the same again.

Moving around this room, we come to an area directly outside of the open plan kitchen that is currently being used as an office area.

A large window provides natural light, but how you configure this room is entirely up to you.

If you like large gatherings at Christmas or other occasions, then it could be taken up with a huge dining table and chairs.

The fact that you get so much choice in what is classed as a two bedroom cottage, can only be a testament to the builders' ingenuity.

The U-shaped kitchen is last on the agenda in here, and they say, save the best till last!

Fitted with a range of stylish floor and wall mounted cupboards, some housing the unsightly appliances, such as the fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and combi washer/dryer.

There is an in-built BOSCH electric oven, a stylish five ring gas hob with a stainless steel extractor above it.

Solid wood worksurfaces cover three walls and provide an area for creating some culinary masterpieces, or just an ideal spot to open the takeaways, whichever suits best!

A window offers views over the front aspect. Stepping outside into the rear courtyard, you have everything here to enjoy the summer season, and winter if you're brave enough.

A large wall shields you from the road on the other side, while a wooden fence offers privacy from your neighbours.

A large patio area runs down the centre of the garden area offering a place for you garden furniture, BBQ and other sundries that you may require.

This is a suntrap to enjoy with others or just a nice place to relax with a glass of win and a book. A set of steps at the rear of the garden lead up to two large parking areas for your cars.

Returning inside and up the lovely turned staircase, we come to the first floor landing.

With only two wooden doors opening to the accommodation up here, I was wondering just how this home would be laid out.

As I opened the door directly in front of me at the head of the stairs, a large beam sits wedged firmly into the wall, and a vaulted ceiling with hand-forged iron trusses that gives this room the character that it deserves.

Past the large double bed, we have a set of over-sized French doors that open up the gable end to reveal a glass Juliet balcony.

Here you can allow the inside to merge with the out, regardless of the weather. Another wooden door in here opens to reveal a modern en-suite shower room.

A glass shower cubicle with rain forest shower head and tiled walls, pedestal wash hand basin and of course, let's not forget the obligatory toilet, makes for a great place to refresh at the end of the day or in the early morning.

A heated chrome towel rail means your towels will never let you down when it's time to dry.

The second bedroom is another large double room, capable of taking a generously sized bed, as well as a large double wardrobe.

The present owners did in fact just keep a sofa bed in here, and use this room as more of a dressing room for themselves.

A beam runs the full width of the room and inset spots provide light, as does the window that looks out over the front.

Finally we come to the second en-suite, yes you read that right, there are two en-suites crafted into this stunning home.

You have an identical en-suite as the main bedroom, offering your guests or family member, just as much luxury as you have, now isn't that kind of you!

The much sought after rural Village of Norley can be found amidst some of the Cheshire's finest open countryside.

Located between the market towns of Northwich and Frodsham, and adjacent to the idyllic Delamere Forest.

There is a village community shop, an excellent primary school, its very own public house, even a village hall and church, perfect for Christmas.

The leisure activities in the area include cycling, forest walks and horse riding in Delamere Forest with a few golf courses within close proximity.

This home is perfectly located to some highly respected schools, with primary schooling in the village and at Crowton and secondary schooling, both private and state at Weaverham, Hartford and Helsby.
