The Old Market House, St Blazey, PL24 2NJ

The Old Market Place – St Blazey Immaculately Presented Grade II Listed Three Bedroom First Floor Apartment Sellers Quote “We have absolutely loved living here for the last 18 years – it’s been a wonderful home for our family.

The space this property offers has been perfect for bringing up our children, especially with the three generous double bedrooms that have given everyone room to grow.

Over the years we have thoughtfully refurbished the property throughout, including installing a new boiler just a couple of years ago, so it’s ready for the next owners to move straight in and enjoy.

One of the things we’ll miss most is how incredibly convenient the location is. Everything you need is close by, which has made day-to-day life so easy.

Although there isn’t an allocated parking space, we’ve always found parking straightforward – you can park in the lay-by outside between 6pm and 8am, and there are plenty of additional spaces nearby.

We currently have three vehicles and have never struggled to park within a minute’s walk of the property.

We are keen to remain in the area as it has suited us so well, and we hope the next owners will love this home and its location just as much as we have.” Summary An exceptional opportunity to acquire a beautifully presented three-bedroom Grade II Listed top floor apartment situated within a distinguished historic building.
