Guide Price £600,000 to £650,000 When You Want A Greenwich Home That Lives Bigger Than Its Bedroom Count.

The superb open-plan kitchen-living space runs front to back and opens onto the east-facing garden. On a quiet street, only 8 mins walk to Maze Hill and less than 10 to Greenwich Park.

If you thought you’d only get a sociable open-plan kitchen-dining-living space with a three or four bedroom family home, this fantastic updated and extended Victorian mid-terrace will make you think again.

Daily life here centres around one main room.

The stylish fitted kitchen sits at the front, anchored by a bespoke island that naturally becomes the place where mornings start and sociable evenings gather pace.

From here, the space opens into the seating area at the rear, so cooking, chatting and relaxing can all happen together.

Skylights bring daylight deep into the room from early on, with Velux blackout blinds fitted for when you want a softer feel later in the day.

Storage is well thought through, appliances are neatly hidden away, and the solid concrete worktops were made locally, adding a touch of class without shouting for attention.

At the back, bi-fold doors open straight onto the east-facing garden.

It’s a great space for an early morning coffee and on warmer days the doors can be pulled back and the garden becomes part of the living area.

The fence posts have recently been replaced, and there’s a handy shed tucked away for bikes and storage.

Upstairs, the spacious double bedroom feels calm and comfortable, with made-to-measure shutters added in 2022, a built-in wardrobe and a dressing table already in place.

The four piece bathroom is a real highlight too, with a deep freestanding bath that’s perfect for winding down at the end of a busy day. Above it all, the converted loft adds a genuinely useful bonus.

Carpeted stairs lead up to a bright, Velux-lit space that works perfectly for storage, keeping everyday living areas clear and uncluttered.

Gibson Street is only a two minutes walk from the Cutty Sark pub and Trafalgar Street cafés but being set back from the main road makes it feel much more quiet and tucked away.

And when Monday morning comes around again, Maze Hill station is an easy 8-minute walk away, Greenwich Park is under 10, and the cafés, shops and river walks of central Greenwich are all within easy reach.

Black Eye Coffee is a firm local favourite, serving incredible coffee, great breakfasts and perfect halloumi sandwiches - and is only five minutes away.

If you’re looking for a move-in ready home that puts sociable, everyday living first, in one of SE10’s most convenient and appealing pockets, this one is well worth a closer look.

We’re expecting plenty of interest, so get in touch to arrange a viewing.
