Discount Market Sale Scheme: The Discount Market Sale (dms) scheme enables eligible purchasers to buy a home at a 20% discount from the full open market value, while owning 100% of the property.

At Charles Green Residences, the discount is secured through a legal agreement, ensuring the homes remain affordable for future eligible buyers. How does the Discount Work?

- Homes are purchased at 80% of the open market value - There is no rent payable on the discounted element - The discount remains in perpetuity When the property is sold in the future, it must be resold with the same 20% discount applied, ensuring the home continues to support affordable home ownership.

Eligibility Requirements?

To qualify for the Discount Market Sale scheme, purchasers typically must: - Use the property as their sole and main residence - Meet local authority eligibility and affordability criteria.

- Be unable to purchase a suitable home on the open market without the discount. - Pass an affordability assessment as part of the application process.

The scheme is available to a broad range of purchasers and is not limited to key workers. Agents Notes: Images are for illustrative purposes only and are not apartment specific.
