Antons Corner, Bishopsworth, BS13 7DH

"We have loved living in this home, full of happy memories. The location is ideal; quiet yet well connected, with North Street nearby, and Chew Valley or the local woods for weekends.

The light-filled kitchen-diner is the heart of the home. We have a great primary school nearby and even better neighbours. Who we’ll really miss.

It’s a home that has given us so much, and we know it will do the same for its next owners." The home A well presented four bedroom semi detached home with off-street parking.

The heart of the home is the large open plan kitchen dining area, there is an abundance of space to entertain guests or relax with the family and the bi-folding doors allow for a seamless transition to the garden.

The kitchen has ample storage, white goods are built-in and there is space for a large dining table in the centre of the room.

At the front of the house there is a cosy lounge and between the lounge and kitchen / diner we have a downstairs toilet.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a sperate bath and shower.

The variety of bedroom sizes gives versatility to the home, the rear bedroom could be used as the principal suite and the front bedrooms make a great guest / children’s room or an office.

On the second floor we have the master bedroom with a separate shower room and built in wardrobe space, there is also an additional storage room – this is rare to have as usually have to sacrifice storage to accommodate a loft bedroom.

The outside A low maintenance, well proportioned garden with an initial patio seating area, grass lawn and decking with a shed at the rear.

There is side access and at front of the house off street parking for two cars.
