We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

A Vacant Freehold 3 Bedroom End Terrace House Offering Excellent Potential for Modernisation and Value Enhancement Requiring cosmetic refurbishment throughout, this vacant freehold end terrace property presents an excellent opportunity for investors, first-time buyers, or owner-occupiers seeking to modernise and add value to a well-proportioned home in a popular residential location.
The ground floor briefly comprises an open plan reception and dining room, a fitted kitchen, and a convenient downstairs WC.
To the first floor are three well-proportioned bedrooms together with a family bathroom.
While the property would benefit from cosmetic updating throughout, it provides an excellent blank canvas for refurbishment, allowing purchasers to modernise the accommodation to their own specification and significantly enhance both its appeal and market value.
The property is well suited to a variety of purchasers, whether as a buy-to-let investment, a refurbishment project for resale, or an ideal first home.
Externally, the property benefits from both front and rear gardens, providing useful outdoor space with scope for landscaping and further improvement to enhance the overall presentation of the property.
Situated in the village of Sunnybrow, near Crook, County Durham, the property enjoys a convenient residential location within easy reach of a range of local amenities, shops, schools, and everyday services.
The nearby market town of Crook offers a wider selection of supermarkets, leisure facilities, and healthcare amenities, while the historic city of Durham is approximately 10 miles away, providing excellent shopping, dining, and educational facilities.
The property also benefits from good road links via the A68 and A690, offering convenient access to Bishop Auckland, Durham, and the wider North East region.
